Our Budget Software Data

Our budget software stores three sets of financial data:

1. Budget Data: This data is set at the start of the budgeting year and contains the 'normal' data that you would expect. This does not change during the year.
2. Estimates: This is a more up to date prediction of your budgets. While the estimate should closely match your annual budgets, this data is updated quarterly or monthly as your business expectations change.
3. Actuals: This is actual financial transaction data, recorded as it happens. This data shows the actual financial position of your business at any moment in time.
