Customer Database and our Inventory Control systems so that you know who is buying which of your products.

This tells you all the information you need about the goods you have sold and the customers that bought them. This is up-to-date information about who is buying what product in what volumes. The Sales Order Processing module lets you know what orders are due to be shipped to which customers (and which of their delivery addresses) each day.

Tight integration with Freeman Software's Inventory Control module means that your stock levels are immediately updated each time goods are despatched.

The following shows a sample of the more user-oriented screens from Freeman Software's Sales Order Processing module. The Sales Order module also includes a Sales Order Input and Maintenance screen, along with a number of enquiry screens and reports to allow you to monitor and control your Sales Order Processing.

Sales Order Enquiry

This screen is used to view the details of an existing Sales Order.

Sales Order Enquiry

Each Sales Order can have its own Delivery Address. That is; a Customer can ask for an order to be delivered to a different address, improving customer service.

Each Sales Order is given its own Delivery Date (Date Required) so that you know exactly when your customer is expecting delivery. This means that you can Purchase stock when you need it, not before, or you can schedule manufacturing to suit.

Also, if your Customers need it, you can define a specific Transport Company to delivery the goods. If this is not specified, the goods will be delivered by your normal means.
